It’s official! The Boondock Saints WILL be having a sequel. For years upon years now, about 5 to be almost exact, I have been telling all my fellow Boondock Saints fans that they’re going to have a sequel called The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, but everyone kept telling me it was just a rumor, that I was buying into some internet rumor and was full of it. HA! In yo face!

Ok, now that I’ve got that out of my system, I will give you my review and opinion of the trailer that you can see below. First of all, the original Boondock Saints movie is my favorite movie for many reasons and I’ve been eager for a sequel for a long, long time, but I have to admit… after watching the trailer, I am kind of disappointed. Connor and Murphy look really, really old and the plot doesn’t seem all that entertaining based on what I’ve seen. It seems to be following the same formula as the first, but not in a good way. But, what do I know? I only watched a 2 minute preview. We’ll have to see!
