So, they’re currently doing an episode of Extreme Makeover : Home Edition here in Cincinnati, Ohio. My sister’s husband was a VIP, in other words, he delivered some of the home furnishings. According to him, the house is amazing! As you can see on the left here, it’s not a lie.

To be quite honest, though, I am not completely impressed. I expected it to be much larger, but according to my sister, the zoning rules restricted them to make it any larger or elaborate. No complaints though, I mean, I’d totally take a free house. This picture doesn’t quite do it justice. Some of the details of the windows and such are absolutely gorgeous.

We went on a smoldering hot day in hopes to catch a glimpse of something interesting but ended up coming up empty handed. It was fun if you find standing in a strangers yard in the blistering heat with a group of people you don’t know staring at a house in hopes of seeing something interesting, but I don’t. I’m sure a few stalkers might find it fun, but not I.

The episode is said to air in October. Did I mention that I’ve never even seen the show? I’ve never seen it, but I have seen clips from it enough to understand that they rebuild houses for familys in unique situations. This particular family has two little girls with muscular disease and I’m not completely sure, but I think their little boy has Crohn’s Disease. Don’t quote me on that. The cause is amazing to say the least.
